Local Requests
Applicants should apply for an Israeli police certificate at the nearest police station. Applicants must complete an application form and provide three passport-size photographs, their identity card or passport, as well as the immigration file number. Applicants residing in Jerusalem (East or West) or in the Golan Heights should apply for an Israeli police certificate. Applicants residing in the Gaza Strip or in the West Bank should apply for a Palestinian police certificate.

Non-Resident Requests
Applicants may apply for a police certificate at the nearest Israeli embassy or consulate. Police certificates may be sent to either the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv or to the Israeli Embassy or consulate abroad.
