Obtain a RCMP Police Verification

Civil Fingerprinting Screening: 

Full set of fingerprints required To conduct a criminal record verification we require a full set of fingerprints, including both rolled and flat impressions of all ten fingers. Complete all fields on the fingerprint form. Incomplete forms will be returned to the applicant unprocessed.

* Privacy Act,
* Record Suspension,  
* Visa - Foreign travel, residency, work,
* Volunteer work,
* Waiver - USA,
* Other (Specify)

 

Documents Required:
* Apply in person
* Pay applicable fees
* Fill Application Form
* 2 pieces of I.D. (One piece of i.d must have a photo)
* Requesting letter from Employer, Immigration, Police (if apply)


Photo I.D. accepted:
Canadian Driver License, Ontario photo card, Passport, Citizenship card, Permanent Resident card, Certificated of Indian status, Student card, Canadian National institute of Blind (CNIB) card, Federal/Provincial/Municipal ID card, Military Employment card, Age of Majority Card, Firearms Acquisition Certificate (FAC), Foreign Driver License.

No photo I.D. accepted:
Baptismal Certificate, Canadian Birth Certificate, Canadian Blood Donor Card, Original Valid Immigration permit, Hospital Card. Hunting Licence.

Note: The following cards are not accepted for identification purposes
•Health Cards (issued by Canadian Province or territory)
•Social Insurance Number (SIN)



AND

* Employment fingerprints background check requesting letter (if apply)
* Immigration fingerprints background check requesting letter (if apply)
* Police fingerprints background check requesting letter (if apply)

 

If you are IN CANADA :
you must have your fingerprints taken on form C-216C at your local police station or private accredited fingerprinting agency. Depending on the police jurisdiction, a fee may be required.


If you are OUTSIDE OF CANADA :
Contact the nearest police force which offers fingerprinting services. The R.C.M.P. will accept fingerprint forms from foreign countries that contain the following: rolled and flat impressions of all ten fingers taken with black ink full name, date of birth and sex of the applicant the name and address of the police agency the signature of the official taking the fingerprints

 

Obtain a Police Criminal Record Check

This Check is intended for applications who are involved as a volunteer, employee or in any situation where a basis Police Criminal Record Check is requested. This check is NOT intended for application who are seeking volunteer and/or employment with vulnerable persons.

Documents for Request:
* Apply in person,
* 2 pieces of I.D. (One must have photo),
* Application Form,
* Pay applicable fees,
