Applicants should apply for a Good Conduct Certificate from the police department of the emirate in which they are or were residents.

Dubai

Local Requests
Document Required:

* A copy of valid passport
* Residence visa,
* Two photographs
* The applicable fees to: Criminal Investigation Department Dubai Police General Headquarters

Non-Resident Requests
Document Required:

* A set of fingerprints
* A copy of valid passport,
* A copy of the cancelled residence visa and
* The applicable fees.

Applications are not accepted by mail. However, a friend or an agent in the UAE may submit the application on the applicant's behalf.

Abu Dhabi

Local Requests
Document Required:

*  The applicant's original passport,
*  A copy of the passport,
*  A copy of residence visa,
*  Three photographs,
*  The applicable fees pay to: General Police Directorate Criminal Investigation Section

Non-Resident Requests
Document Required:

*  A set of fingerprints
* A copy of valid passport,
* A copy of the cancelled residence visa,
* The applicable fees
* A pre-paid airway-bill.

Sharjah

Local Requests

* A copy of valid passport and
* A copy of the residence visa,
* Two photographs and
* The applicable fees to: Sharjah Police

Non-Resident Requests
